About Me

 "How to Feed a Ladybug" came from my daughter - my middle daughter, Rylie, got dubbed my "ladybug" very early in her sweet little life. She LOVES being called my ladybug, and as a result of the affection involved with my nickname for her, has quite the collection going of ladybugs. 

Rylie is also THE.PICKIEST.EATER.EVER. Like EVER. So, half of my life is spent figuring out how I'm going to feed my ladybug. :)

Hi! I'm Lynne. First and foremost, my faith is what defines me - I believe in the one true God of everything and entrust my life, and all that He has given me, to Him. Some of the greatest things He has given me include:

Mike, my amazing husband. We were married in June 2003 and I swear I fall more and more in love with him everyday. He inspires me to be the best wife and mom that I can be.

Josh, my firstborn (and only) son. He was born in March 2000 and is a delight. He changed my life the minute he was born and since that day I've never been the same.

Rylie, my second child, first daughter. She was born in October 2005 and is about as dramatic as any little girl I've ever seen. She is completely unable to sit still for even one minute. She is by far the pickiest eater in my house, and she is my ladybug.

Zoe, my third child, second daughter. She was born in February 2009. She is an absolute delight and changed our family dynamic completely when she entered the world (it's a whole new ballgame when you are outnumbered by your kids, folks!).

I don't know about any of you, but my life is pretty much always overwhelming about as full as it can get. I try to live a life full of intention - which means lots of planning has to be done if I want to purposely spend time with my husband, spend time with my kids, work on various projects, etc. Grab a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and join me on the roller coaster I call my life!
